If you sell in the USA, Return-Center.com is a must have.  All the major marketplaces have rules about handling returns. 

For example, Amazon.com recently announced that all the stores on their USA site must an USA Return Address.  For any sellers that do NOT have a USA Address, Amazon will automatically accept and refund any return requests.  

Return center provides Sellers with a USA Return Address.  Your Customers will send returns to this verified USA Address.  When the customer return is received by Return-Center, sellers will receive a received notification and pictures of the return label and parcel!  This information will enable you to initiate refunds, submit marketplace claims and file carrier claims.  

At the end of the month, Return-Center will ship your customer returns directly to you.  If you prefer to have your returns be discarded, we can do that.  If you only had a few returns, you may request to skip your monthly return shipment.   

Why is this service valuable?

  • Marketplaces require a return address.
  • If your normally return address is outside of the USA, you are required to pay for the return shipping.
  • If your return service takes longer than a week, marketplaces require you to issue the refund within that week.
  • By having a USA Address, you can leverage the low rates of USPS to have returns shipped back to you!
  • Because you will be emailed pictures of what we receive on your behalf, you will be issuing refunds with confidence! 

How are we different than freight forwarders?

  • We have one flat monthly fee. There NO HIDDEN FEES.
  • We use YOUR Fedex, UPS or DHL account to remit customer returns back to you each month. Since we use your carrier account, you have the benefit of your negotiated carrier rates!
  • Freight Forwarders make money on shipping items to you – we do not!
  • You receive an E-mail with pictures of customer returns! There are no crazy log ins to manage.  Just E-mail!

 How do you get the account setup?

  1. Select the plan that best articulates the number of returns that you normally receive in a month.
  2. After checkout is completed, you will be emailed account setup documents. These need to be completed and returned back to sales@return-center.com.
  3. After your application is approved, you will receive an email with your USA address.
